Jonas Jacobson

Jonas Jacobson is a Massachusetts Attorney with an intellectual approach to business planning and litigation. Litigation clients include individuals and businesses with property related disputes, including those facing foreclosure, or dealing with post-foreclosure fall out. Clients also include commercial and residential landlords and tenant, small businesses, as well as individuals struggling with employment, or partnership related disputes. His busines practice involves incorporation and tax-planning, counseling developing companies on commercial leasing, UCC securitization, and intellectual property.
